I'm in the houston area and just got my acura tl I put some 19" staggers.is tgere a crowd here in the houston area where you meet and show your car and share your ideas.

Just joined the forum, trying to get my posts up. I'm in the middle of negotiations on the purchase of a Black 06' TL, 116k, auto, non-navi.

Father owns an 05 Grey, 6-speed TL, currently w/ 167k, flawless. I am fairly familiar with the car itself, however was wondering if there are any other items I can check during my pre-inspection of the car before purchase.

Vehicle has acura dealership receipts for torque converter replacement at 113k, and the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner done at 113k as well.

The shop is currently replacing TPMS, acquiring a new key fob, and replacing front tires due to wear.

I have the carfax for the vehicle, and wanted to know, is there anything else I can check or verify, before deciding that this is a vehicle in relatively - good - condition?

Any help or guidance within the forum would be greatly appreciated!

Nice TL man! I like the rims. I'm currently in the market for a white TLS, hopefully I can find one soon!
