I bought a 2013 Honda Certified Pre-owned Cr-V from them.
I find out from another Honda dealership that the car is not listed as CPO car and has no Honda CPO warranty!
I call Big star Honda that I have proof that they advertised it on their own website as a Honda CPO car with a Honda CPO warranty.
I call Corporate Honda, get a case # started, email them a copy of Big Star Honda's false advertising on their own website.
I find out that they accidentally left internal Honda service records in the glove box also showing that the car was in an accident. Again they committed false advertising & fraud by advertising it as an accident free car!

I still want the car, just want Corporate Honda & Big Star Honda to honor the Honda CPO warranty.
Big Star Honda continued to Refuse to honor the Honda CPO warranty.
I returned the car for a full refund.

Shame on Big Star Honda for false advertising & Fraud.
Shame on corporate Honda for not stepping in to do the right thing.

So I bought my daughter a Mazda CX-5 instead!

Unbelievable how blatantly corrupt this Houston Honda dealership is!

Warning all you guys in Texas, never buy anything from them!
