Aspec side skirt lip loose ( help close to Houston downtown) ASAP

Guys,
I came to Houston for an exam, and landed up getting my Aspec side skirt out of its postion on the drive side rear, as i i hit a deep hole on the road,

Two of clips looked bent as it has come out of its hole.

Please advise on any garage, mechanic who can fix it here. I do not plan to drive to Austin with the side skirt out of its position.

Sorry, I can't help but I cross posted this to the Houston tread which might get better visibility. Hopefully someone will give you a lead...
