Anyone know any good shops to fix my A/C?

Preferbly southeast area. My a/c is broke, it blows air but not cold air and I want to take it to a reliable place. Anyone have a place they recommend?

Likely needs a recharge, but need to also check for leaks. Over an above that, you will need to give us more about your geography. All you have given us is "preferably southeast area.". Southeast Nebraska? Southeast Puerto Rico? Southeast Montreal?...............

I could have gone on and on, but guessing the OP will get the point -

Also going to guess he/she is in FL/TX/CA or at least somewhere pretty warm as we aren't anywhere near needing to use the AC in the NorthEast (US) -

I had mine done by the local honda dealer; they had a price match deal so I called up every dealer in FL and got them to match the lowest price!

In my case, it was the field coil melting onto the clutch or something similar. I ended up paying about $650 all said and done for the repair with a 12K/12month warranty.

Good luck

I put some freon in and it worked great for a week and now its back to blowing warm air.

Certainly sounds like you have a leak somewhere. Whomever you have do the work will likely need to recharge your system again and put a dye in the system to identify the leak - unless it is obvious.

I am asking the same thing. The AC in 2007 RDX went kaput.I lived near Shadow Creek/Pearland.
