Nah. Well discussion today ended up with a meet at Ethan's this coming Saturday and maybe the track on Sunday. I think that is the agenda. Let the discussion begin! Rick and Ethan chime in because my memory is a bit fuzzy right now lol.

Feel free to give me a call if you guys head to the race tracks this weekend. , Chris
Please if possible, send me a text as I don't pick up unknown calls unless it's during work hours. Hope to see you guys at the tracks.
Could I have a mod delete my number after it's been up for some days btw?

For sure will do. As for the track on Sunday seems like they have a bracket racing deal going. Not sure if there will be a test n tune but I will ask them as the time gets closer. Saturday I won't be able to meet unless its after 5pm which by that time everybody is probably home.

Saturday's a no-go for me. Also have no interest in hitting up the drag strip anymore.

I'll be there early for a couple hours.

I haven't been to every C&C, but this was the biggest turnout I've seen to date.
There were a few really new comers there. Some older classics like the purple 55 Chevy was really nice and the purple Willis drag car. They had two 458 Italias and the usual mix of Italian cars. There was a yellow race car there, a Lemans class I think. But the usual . . what the heck is that taking up space. I think they need someone managing who gets in to show. There were a lot of nicer cars parked in the spectator areas than those in the show area. Maybe as much as 20% were just blah, stock or plain ugly.

I didn't go today & that's part of the reason; too many damn boring cars out there w/ no unique mods to set them apart. And it's usually the Camaros/Corvettes that are it, taking 2-3 rows.
RUF, you really should check out C&B some time. I think you'll like it a lot more.
Are we meeting at Starbucks tomorrow?

I stopped by for about an hour as well. It was the biggest turnout I had seen ever. They really need to stop having stock corvettes, chargers, camaros, etc. The entire south half of the lot was filled with them, I didn't even care to take a look.

That is the main reason I stopped going to C&C. All the same cars every single time, stock vettes and mustangs taking up half of the fucking lot; 20 shelby cobras next to each other... I understand they are cool cars n stuff but I could care less to look at or take a pic of them. I want to see modded stuff or exotics. But even the exotics are all the same... at least each time I was there. Of course, I did miss the meets when the F50 and Veyron and Italias were there

As for the yellow race car, yeah I think that was a Lemans class car. It didn't look like any of the production cars like a Pagani or something.
Oh, and as always . . I manage to find a bit of fun. A guy in a 71 Big Block Vet was showing off when taking off from the lights. Let's just say he should be embarrassed letting a little of V6 4dr run with him.

Finally figured out what you guys saw at C&C. It's called the Rapier SL-C & it is a rather new, built-to-order car.
It's a Boston-based company & the car features a LS376 w/ 480Bhp as the base. However, a 500Bhp LS7 or 800Bhp LS9 are available. They claim it's capable of 220Mph & runs 10's in the QTR. Weighs around 2,400 pounds & less than a dozen around, so looks like the show really turned out another rarity this month.
