I had a cell since the begining of time. Verizon acquired Airtouch last I remember. All was well, I was very satisfied even though they had some pretty basic phones. The finally upgraded their phones but it seems with the layoffs they have had, customer service is horrible now. Is it just me? I have had tons of issues with them in 2003, when I used to recommend them 110% before.

I got the LG VX 4400 and it's time to upgrade but not sure if I should stay or go elsewere.

its hit or mis with customer service in general, but I'd venture to say 85% of the time, someone is willing to do whatever it takes to see that I get what I want at verizon. There are a few slackers or people who don't know shit, and they can't get anything done, but for the most part, the customer service has been great. Maybe you just hit a bad streak (like the brown streaks in jesals panties).

I would still recommend veizon over anyone else, and ive had them all.

 

I like em, honestly do. But for the first time, I am comparing plans with other companies. I don't care about paying a lil more a month once I am happy.

 

like i tell all my customers, other companys might have great phones, great plans, but if you dont get service then what is a great phone with a great plan gonna get you?

 

It's like driving a Mercedes. Unless the highway is perfectly smoothing and traffic-free, what's the use? It's make absolutely no sense in driving a Benz less than 50 mph on a road with a few potholes.

You make it sound like Verizon has the only network that up and running.
