Folks just moved there, don't get reception on their current four-year-old Verizon phone nor worthwhile reception on a two-year-old AT&T Wireles phone either. It's a new area that's growing so more towers will probably go up eventually. For now it looks like T-mobile? Eww? I dunno anything about them. Sounds ghetto though.

Also if you offer a provider that you think works well in that area, what is a simple basic cell phone that they offer (preferably with an extendable antenna)? My folks are too old for confusing phones that do a lot or have a camera etc. =p

Sprint and Verizon are both great out here. ATT is terrible, I used to have that. I have had Sprint for over a year now, no problems. Coverage is good everywhere.

 

Weird, I wonder why their Verizon reception was so poor there.
