Existing customers can get the sprint plan called fair and flexible or something like that (their new programs) and are able to upgrade their phone to a new one if theyve had their old one for 18 months. Do you know if you have to purchase the new phone from sprint or can I get one off ebay (new in box) and take it to the sprint store and sign up for the rebate to save money??

 

You'll have to read the terms of the rebate printed on the rebate form but I believe you have to have a valid receipt of purchase.

Yes, the original purchase receipt, not a packing slip, and they'll probably verify the merchant.
