Returning Software

Anyone have any experience with returning software to Staples?

I bought Quicken 2003 but it doesnt do inventory so I need quickbooks instead......but I already opened Quicken...

Anyone have any ideas?

I think they'll take it. If you are exchanging it for another proggie, they'll probably do it, especially with a little complaining. If the Quicken box is sealed with tape on top and bottom ( like the rounded tape ) use vapor, like from a travel steamer, to reseal the tape. The heat reactivates the adhesive and produces a near seamless....seam. It's trickier with wrapped plastic. I've down both at walmart, sam goodys and best buy (with software and music CDs). Worked at all three places. If you're worried, try that.
