Replacement earbuds for iPhone 4?

Looking for some replacement earbuds for my iPhone 4.
What's everyone using? Any brands to stay away from?

I have the Klipsch Image S4. Expensive, but worth it.

First of all, iphone earbuds are

This is what I use: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-Mdr-As40E...738658&sr=8-15

They have great sound and are PERFECT if you run/do anything athletic because the flexible rubber goes around the ear to keep them in place and doesn't bother you at all, in fact you can't even tell they are there, but they stay fit like a glove. I'm on my second pair in the past 4 or so years. Love 'em. and They are only about $40.

I know I'm probably the only one but I actually like the iPhone earbuds. I bought some noise isolating ones from the apple store, $120ish, and couldn't stand not being able to hear things around me. It was so weird to use them for the phone because I literally couldn't hear myself. I guess in time you get used to it but I'll stick with what I've got at the moment.

^ I use the standard buds just fine too unless I'm in a high noise environment like an airplane.

V-Moda Vibe Duo. Has the built in microphone, etc. I've had mine since 2007 and they've worked flawlessly since. The base and clarity is stunning compared to the iPhone earbuds, and they are noise-isolating (have them in right now and if a bomb went off in my front yard, I probably wouldn't hear it). They're also really comfortable and come with different sized plugs. I paid $100 for them, but Amazon has them on sale for $40.

I paid $80 for a set not too long ago, but I think I'm going to return them. I'm questioning the durability of the wires.

I have these also and love them. But the S4i has button controls for controlling your iPod (dunno if it actually works on iPods, but it should) I don't use them in a gym environment or anything, but they have held up well for a while.

My only gripes - though one isn't, really - you have to put em in with a twisting motion, so the wires end up pointing upwards, and so they're lodged in quite deep. Following along with that, I'd recommend a good set of foam earbud replacements, over a long period of time the rubber bud inserts get laminated with wax and sometimes stay stuck in your ear. Foam buds - no prob, plus better sound isolation. And yes, I even tried washing the buds off, and I usually q-tip before I use them.

Klipsch Image S4i. Had 'em for over a year, but not too crazy about the ear pieces.
May look at Etymotic next.

I've had the hf2s for about a year now.... Probably before the hf3s even existed.

I had some too. Left them on a plane.

Now I have hf3s.

I found my hf2s in the console of my car.

I also received my Custom-Fit flanges for them and a pair of custom-fit musician's earplugs. Huge improvement in comfort for the headphones, and the earplugs are incredibly comfortable.

It's odd that they feel different because they come from the same mold. The only think I can think of causing the difference in feel is the weight of the earbuds and wires.
