POE Wireless Access Point question

I am looking to add a POE AP on a job. Currently, there are three routers in this house, with one supplying IP's via DHCP. The rest are basically just expanding the network. I have to add coverage in the garage for the front of the house outside where the client will be using his iPhone to send music to his system via Airplay. There is an available CAT5 there by the volume control, but no power outlet. So I am going to get an AP and POE injector for that area.

I am thinking it may be best to replace the routers that are just expanding his wireless with AP's as well, and instead of the injector, I believe I can just get a POE switch. Now the questions is, can I easily setup the entire network to be on one SSID and have his devices jump to the next AP without the need to log into a different "network" or AP? My networking is better than some, but still on the basic side, so I want to figure out what I can accomplish here to give him the best overall experience.
