overcharging a battery?
I have a moto V600, is it possible to overcharge the battery? Is it bad if the phone is kept on the charger when it's fully charged? just wondering....

^ That's what I thought, however, any specific types of battery's have this type of intelligence? What do you mean by "newer generation" thanx

The really old ghetto cell phones circa early 90's probably did not have this. The newer, more recent cell phones have the trickle charging capability built in (not part of the battery).
And I think this works with any of the Li-Ion or Li-Polymer batteries. No sure about the Ni-Cd batteries.
