Moving iTunes

I need to move all of my music from one computer to another. I would like to keep it as organized as possible. Should I:
A) Use my protable Hard drive and transfer the files.
B) Put rip the songs from my ipod to my other computer. And if so what program should I use?
Thanks!

not true, there are several programs that allow you to copy the contents of an ipod to any computer.

assuming it is all tagged, just yank out the hd its on and put it in the new comp
