Anyone have any experience with a 16 GB class 6 Transcend micro SD. I ordered one from Amazon for my Captivate.

I'd really like more of a name like SansDisk, but could find a class 6 around.

I used a Transcend micro sd card back in the day. It wasn't a 16 GB but they're a good company. Most SD cards nowadays are pretty comparable. They're all made in the same factory then just rebranded for the most part. And being that its a Class 6 it should be pretty fast. Just make sure whoever you buy it off from is a legit seller cause there's so many counterfeits out there. Otherwise, the brand shouldn't matter too much.

I haven't. Haven't seen the need to yet. I have an 8 GB Micro SD Card on my phone and it barely has any internal memory (Google Ion/HTC Magic). I don't really use the phone for media except for streaming online episodes of South Park or whatever I can stream.

I have around 80 apps now installed. A few games and Copilot Live Navigator on my phone which uses the most out of my memory card. Have a few ROMs on it as well with backups of all my apps. I still have around 3-4 GB left on it. 32 GB might be overkill right now. I'm still waiting for them to drop a little. lol. With that said, I did buy a 16 GB Class 4 the other day but I'm saving that for my future phone.
