itunes card driving my crazy.
i bought a itunes card $25 at best buy, and the retard cashier didnt seem to activate it correctly. so i called best buy and they said to come in and they would exchange it after they verify that the funds havent been taken. Ok so i go there and the dumb ass cashier then tells me that it aint thier problem and i have to take it up with apple. FU&^% i call apple and they tell me its not thier problem that i have to go to itunes customer support online only. OK DAMNIT i then go to support on itunes and chat with a guy named colby, he tells me to take a picture of the card and the recipt and to email it to him. i do and he tells me i will recieve my new card within 24 hours. AHHHHRGG!!!! its been 6 days and i go back to intunes support and now i cant get any chat, only email option. I already emailed them 10 times and no one ever reponds back seriously, 10 times. i gave up with email pointless. i call apple again and they tell me the chat option is only avail when a rep. is on his or her computer at that moment.
I HAVE BEEN ON MY COMPUTER FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS,i told him trying to get someone to chat, and no ones ever avail for chat! APPLE, i never knew they had such crappy customer service.i swear im never buying a itunes card ever again. freaking apple just stole $25 from me. what the hell am i suppose to do.

That's what you get for buying an Apple product.
If you have the receipt for the gift card, I would go down to the Best buy and refuse to leave until they either exchange it or to try to get a song right in the Best Buy store to show them that it still does not work.

Why buy the card at best buy when you can just load 25 dollars on at itunes store directly?

#1 I would never buy an apple card from anywhere, like someone said before, why not just purchase it straight from itunes?
