I have a dillemma
I am in negotiations with a local seller of craigslist for 700p @ 250 Trying to work him down to 200-225 this thing is supposedly BNIB never activated.
But the new Sprint Mogul PPC 6800 just came out and I really like its features do you guys think it is worth the extra 300-350 for the mogul or should I just get the 700p and call it a day?

The Mogul will be better for many reasons, but the question is are you really going to use all of the features? HTC phones are extremely capable and very user friendly, but I would say most people fail to use 60%+ of the capabilities it offers. So, what would you be using the phone for?

Well I currently have a fusic and I use the web alot, the music player capabilities, and ever so often the sprint TV and Power Vision features. I do heavily use the navigation feature on the Fusic and really enjoy having that feature. I am a pretty big gadget geek but as I have gotten a lil more fiscally responsible my expenditures on my beloved gadgets has declined but if I have a feature packed phone I will use alot of the feature. I know the palms are great for the number of apps that are available. But I also know windows mobile phones do have a smoother more visually exciting interface and are better for multimedia. I am just not sure if its worth the extra $$$ so confused......

From the sound of it, stick to the Palm. All of the items you want to use are available in one form or another on the Palm and since you are not really using features such as terminal connections, document editing, or doing any high level work related functions, you'll get just as much out of the Palm as you would the Mogul, but you'll save a lot of money in the process.
But that's just my opinion...
