No copy and paste i believe on the instinct. I need my winmo phone as i do a lot of invoicing with excel from the road. Not to mention my exhange setup with some clients for appointments. I give my clients access to my calendar, they have only a set time to make appointments with me, and see what days i am and am not available. Thats why unfortunately i cant get an entertainment based phone like the instinct.

...my wife wants me to wait and let her get me the pro but I am not sure i want to replace my huge treo 650 with a huge pro... any ideas?

 

BTW...I was at the sprint store yesterday and got some supa dupa great customer service and a chance to look at the Instinct... really a cool rig!

...LOL... someone who I dont even know was texting me on the display phone.. that was crazy..but let me see how to work it... I text more than I talk on the phone on almost any day!

 

so any news sith? i've been rocking the treo 755 since last may. i like the qwerty keyboard because i text quite a bit. also, the treo seems to run medical applications like epocrates pretty well. i had mobile pdr on my hp ipaq before and overall i like the palm software better. the screen is definitely way too small though. seems like a lot of md's use treos so i wonder if i should just stick with it or make the jump back to windows based platform.

 

Rick, I am alot like you in that I text huge and I really like the palm based medical software more than the windows... I just wish Palm would enlarge the screen!!!... the htc touch Pro.. which will release about a month (early nov) after the diamond will have a full keyboard and if youre like me, it might be worth the wait... the vids on the web of peeps jacking around with the diamond are really sick... looks like a really smooth interface... now if we just knew someone who was a doctor in those markets that already have that platform...hmmm... that would really be the answer for us...and youre right... I think my sister is of the few doctors I know that has a windows based pda...but she isnt really a power pda user...LOL

Nevermind... doesn't have the 850 band.

 

Release date is 9/14/2008!!!! But the back is RED... I am not feeling that!!! Sure hope they dont mess up the PRO with a red back too...
