Anyway, only because I am not very knowlegable about the workings of Cisco, why is this such a bad move? Just curious...

i never realized linksys was privately held ... 500 M bones ... dang.

 

linksys sux man, example, there so called 'hubs' aren't really hubs they're the same as the switches just with some functions turned off. the hubs don't reallly broadcast traffic like their suppose to do.

also VPN's terminations or VPNS through linksys SUCKS. only thing they good for are cheap home networking stuff.

go w/ netgear.

 

I have VPN on 3 machines running 24/7 through a Linksys hub, and AP....never had a problem...
