If so, is it a file you download to your computer and then transfer to your phone? If so, care to share any of the good ring tones?

The ones the phone comes with are pretty lame except for Tone 1 which is really basic and everyone uses it.

I'd go download myself but they want $4/month now to download up to 8 ringers.

I'd also like to figure out how to disable the silly startup and shutdown Sprint animations, if possible.
