Airport Extreme network problem

When I plug a computer in directly to my internet connection, I get speeds around 2.5 Mbps. When I run my connection through my Airport Extreme, I get speeds from .75 Mbps- .99 Mbps. This happens whether I connect to the Extreme with a cable or wirelessly.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
