If my contract with t-mobile ran out, can I get a new one with you or do I need to cancel this phone service and get a new phone with a contract?

I am kind of debating between the new phone/t-mobile for another year or up my nextel plan to include long distance.

So I can get a new phone, new number, new activation and then kill my current one? I just can't keep my current number since it is already a t-mobile number, correct?

I dont know if T-Mobile lets you do that, but you can give it a try, But it will work if u just add another line, not family plan, but normal individual line

It is called churn.....Industry term in where a customer stops their current service and resigns under the same name, or a family members name to get a good deal..

I never hear about T-Mobile service.. I mean, everyone talks about Cingular, Verizon, AT&T, etc. etc. but I never hear about T-Mobile.

What kind of rep do they have? How is their service? I mean, how do they stack up in comparison to the others... thx

I can tell you for sure, they are better than Sprint and AT&T, only close comparison to it is Verizon. They are just great, and owned by Deutsche Telekom, Europes Largest telecommunications Company.

T-Mobile's Customer Service is GREAT, Only thing they dont have as much as other companies is Phone Choices, but they are really growing, and you can buy any GSM Phone and use it, so You do have a wide variety.

that's cool Junior... He left me a message while I was in class today. Tried to call him back but he didn't pick up. Could you tell him I'll give him another call tomorrow while I'm in the office? Thanks!

activation fee is $35/line. You do not pay me. It comes on your first bill. You can, but for the $10 addon lines, it's going to be a lower model phone.

As long as you're in the U.S. that's OK. Free shipping.

T-Mobile sucks horribly here. I predict they go under, just the feeling and vibe I get talking to others about the company.

I think Cingular/AT&T are the closer competition to Verizon than T-Mobile. The problem with being owned by Deutsche Telekom is that they have more interest vested in Europe than North America, whereas companies like Verizon and Congular/AT&T focus on wireless service here.

This could just be my area, but when I was with verzion, I used to drop a lot of calls when in my house. (I had the V710, vx7000, SE47 slider and T720) All of those phones constatnly dropped calls, and I live in a Chicago suburb, so the reception shouldn't be bad here.

I don't wanna say that T-mobile doesn't drop any calls, but since I've had it (about 5 days), I haven't had one dropped call *crosses fingers*

That's my little 5 day T-mobile vs. Verizon review

And your whole point for posting your opinion in my thread is?? have some respect and go start your own thread if you want to bash T-mobile. This is a for sale thread, not a "Post your opinions on T-mobile" thread.

LOL, I sell more T-Mobile than Sprint, A LOT MORE, and Plenty of it, O ya by the way in my area I sell like Couple Grand a Month in Just T-Mobile Prepaid Cards.

T-Mobile is pretty much Leading the market in Prepaid, even though AT&T offers nights and weekends and minutes

:wtf: are you talkin about bro? I asked him if his company offers Deals on Customer Upgrades, who do resigns, it has nothing to do with my knowledge or business in phones. It was a question towards his company, how does that have anything to do with what I know about the wireless industry?

Some dealers like messing with upgrades and having customers do resigns, some only mess with new customers and new activations, so I was wondering if he did Resigns, as I myself dont like to

Maybe I misunderstood you, if I did sorry, but I dunno what you meant

UM I do...

You extend someones Contract by one year and this way you get Commission and give them a great deal on a new phone and all rebates are valid for them.

What type of business are you in?
