I wonder how many people switch providers due to bailing out on their bill, etc.
I bet it's a high % of people who switch cuz they run up the bill, then go to collections, etc.
Any thoughts?

I am also heard that many of the people who are trying to switch are being rejected by the new provider based on their [poor] credit.
