I guess this is a wake up call for the Sox. The Angels can't be taken lightly even if they're fatigued.

Well, they stunk tonight, that's for sure. Both Pods and Rowand were terrible at trying to advance the runner...

That was almost as bad a call as Don Denkinger in the 1985 World Series.

I just saw the ending, what was up with that pitch? My stupid friend was blabbing on the damn phone so loud that I couldn't hear the announcer.

You know, when they do the freeze frame, it's a tough call, although likely in the angels favor.

That said, awesome move to still run to first base. Makes up for that tie we had at 2nd they called us out on

Shit happens, bad calls are made, don't leave enough room for the refs to blow it for you

everyone needs a little bit of luck every now and then.

the one thing i'm annoyed at are the angels pitchers who always fake glance to first base. looks like they're really paranoid or self consious.

Tough call to make... It certainly seemed like Josh Paul caught it clean. His reaction by casually throwing the ball back to the mound would lead you to believe that.

Hats off to both teams. Another great pitched game by both sides. In the end... The series is tied.

Yea, as stated, it may of been a bad call, but there are many questionable calls that go on in every baseball game. Strikes on the outside corners, close plays at the bag. Bottom line is you can't leave it that close.

But it's not often that a call will effect the outcome of the game like this one. It's a major screwup.

If the Angels win the series, it's not an issue, but if they Sox win, there will be people that will say that the angels were robbed...
