WHEY!

I'm just saying...I think Shaq's a phenomenal player. But, it's hilarious how if he plays a poor game, it's EVERYONE else's fault (i.e. the ref in Game 1). I find that so hilarious to think that, yes, Eddie Rush and his crew decided as they were marching into United Centre that "Yup, we're gonna screw Shaq over tonight...just because. Yes yes."

So, when Mr. Diesel scores 40, picks up some rebounds...refs are great. But, if he's in foul trouble, scores a less than 12...well, it's everyone else's fault. Riiiight.

But, I'm just saying.

He will complain about this game for sure. He complains when the refs call fouls on him, and when they don't call fouls against the other team. You can never win with him. But thats just how the guy is

eh, nothings wrong with being upset at the calls from game 1 game 1 specifically, i'm not saying it's ok for every game he 'whines' about...

let's see how long you can go without saying that word

Well, to be honest, I'm not celebrating anything yet...the last time Chicago had a 2-0 lead, they lost 4 in a row to the Wizards.

Let's see how the Bulls play in Miami.

you really think the raps can have a better game than 25 from bosch and 26 from parker?

i don't think they can sustain those numbers...

better game as in the rest of the team doing something - other than bosh park n ford, no one stepped up...there's definitely room for them to improve.

? Bosh averaged 23 all year. Parker may not get 26 again but his presence was felt in every part of the game last night, especially on defense. That won't change.

The Raptors have won all year with a balanced attack. Usually 4 or 5 players in double figures. That hasn't happened yet and I think thats what fdl was referring to.

And they've shot ~40% the last two games while their team average for the year was much higher.

The way I look at it Toronto has played 1 decent quarter (The 4th in game 2) while the Nets have played at least 5 or 6. It remains to be seen if Toronto's poor play was caused by the Nets or by their own nervousness/jitter.

you have the remember they were without deng and curry in the playoffs that year and both played very significant roles..i think the bulls have a chance to go to the finals if they can keep up the intensity..they are extremely deep this year and are only going to get deeper next year..

basically that is what i meant...if the other raptors don't step up, i doubt bosch + (insert any other raptor here) can score half the team points consistantly to win games.

They have to win as a team.

And I felt like I was watching the 2001-2003 edition of the Raptors last night. Settling for outside jumpers and not moving the ball on offense. NJ was guilty of that as well at times.

The Kidd - Ford match up is one I''ll be watching closely in game 3. Lets see how much NJ tries to milk it.

It seems every NBA team has a solid European on the team. Those that don't may be getting left behind in the coming years.

just goes to show how underrated Parker is...
He's been the best and most consistent Raptor thus far and it's not a fluke.

In this playoff series thus far I would.

He's just been more consistent

21ppg on 52% shooting 8.5rpg, but more importantly...
Primary defender on VC and has held him to 30% shooting... and a couple of key steals.

not to say i'd take AP over Bosh though.

I was laughing whole time because of those lame ass calls. seriously B. Davis got tossed because clapping? I understand that he shouldn't done that but toss someone out the game is bit harsh..even R. Miller said samething.

NBA officiating is horse shit. It seems so inconsistent at times. These refs call half the games they officiate. Mid 90s officiating > *
