something has to be done about this year's officiating. it's hard to win when you have to play 2 teams, the officials and your opponent. there is no such thing as home field advantage anymore w/ this years officials.

Where is all this bad officials stuff coming from? How about on Ed Reed's INT, the Pats receiver was being held (not called). The refs called a tight game, but bad teams (Ravens) resort to penalties when the chips are down.

When your head coach is blowing kisses to the opponent's safety, it speaks to a lack of discipline.

God, that game was hard to watch at the end. That last holding call was absolute bullshit.

He grabbed him after five yards. I saw similar calls in all 4 games I watched this weekend. On 4th and goal you just can't touch the receivers because a contact call virtually guarantees a NE touchdown.

tough way to lose..
stopped them twice on 4th and 1 (although the false start wasn't really a play)
then the holding call on 4th and 5 was meh.

Home field throughout playoffs is all but locked up.

Barley! They were making non calls all night then all of a sudden when NE has a chance to win, here come the flags...hmmmm...

And Rex Ryan gets the douche bag of the year award. 99.999% of the planet knew what Brady was going to do on 4th and 1. And everyone was lined up to make the stop...unreal...

I didn't catch the whole game, only started the 3rd quarter. That non-call on the Ed Reed INT was pretty obvious. And when Brian Billick (of all people) blew the kiss to Rodney Harrison, I laughed my ass off. Also in the post-game NFL Primetime show, in respoonse to being asked about the kisses, Harrison said something like "....that's fine with me but I'm a happily married man"'

I knew Brady was gonna sneak it too, they must have had 10 guys in the box. I thought the Pats called a t/o but when I heard it that it was from the Ravens sideline,

I always thought the review had to be enough to overturn the play on the field.

It seems to me the review has turned into: Lets call it now the way we think we should have called it on the field.

The initial call seems to have no bearing on what happens. If I was a ref Id be annoyed.

That was by far a very entertaining game. And that kiss was fucking bad ass. I laughed my ass off when I saw that...
