Nah I won't worry about it since in the playoffs you don't play 4 road games in 5 nights.

Yeah........they should have figured that out after the All Star break...or even the last road trip.....

Looks like the lakers are gonna get bounced in the first round....they either gonna get Phoenix with Amare or San Antonio.....

I know....with Amare back....a fresh Amare....replacing the one weaker link in the Phoenix lineup (james jones)....looks like we might get the match up that everyone is wishing for....Phoenix and Detroit....

I cannot believe the Bulls clinched a playoff spot.... lol!!! So....there is talk about the Bulls trading Ben Gordon + Draft Pick for Kevin Garrnet! Thoughts??? I think the Bulls should do it if they can! They NEED a veteran. What about the Minn. fans, what do you guys think?

Go Bulls!!

It'll be awesome if they can grab the #6 seed.

How old is Garnett?? The trade seems like a short term solution.

Garnett came out of High School, not that old. I also heard that they're thinking of trading Chandler + 2 picks for Lewis from Seattle. IMO that would make much more sense.

And I'd rather see them play the Pistons in the first round.

Ben Gordon + Draft Pick <> Kevin Garnet

I don't consider him a true center. He plays like a power forward.

what the fuck are the heat doing, if they play like that in the playoffs they are gonna be out early, but then again they def werent putting in there %100. But with all the great players they have they should be more of a challenge, i love them but i think they are gonna be out early this year

Its time for Wade to step it up a notch. He needs to make that leap to become a great player and go down in the histroy books.

I am sure he will, but the sooner he does that the better it is for the heat.

Marc Jackson said that Kobe is better than Jordan, while Scotie Pippen was two feet away from him. Comment on that.

Mark Jackson needs to pee in a cup and then go in for an MRI. Either he's on drugs or has a brain injury to think that Kobe is better MJ. All those butt kickings Jordan threw on the Knicks and Pacers could be clouding Jackson's judgement a bit.

Wade has stepped it up more than he can and needs a break. Him and Shaq are fine. It's the supporting cast that worries me. Walker seems to beat up only on scrub teams. Williams and Posey have been hurt all year. This week is tank week to get reps in and rest the big dogs.

Season Awards

Off the top of my head

MVP (very debatable) - Lebron. Garbage team that's record is as good as New Jersey. If you say Billups, Kobe, etc you're probably right but I like picking the guy that had less around him.

ROY - Chris Paul undisputed

Comeback - Boris Diaw. Plays every position except PG. Triple double (he was in both of my fantasy teams). Amare who this year?

Coach - not sure. Was gonna say Byron Scott if they made the playoffs.

MVP - Nash again.... (if there is something Kobe can't do yet, is make his teamates better).

Coach - D'Antonnie (same sentiment about Byron Scott)

ROY - Chris Paul

6th man - Mike Miller

DPY - Bruce Bowen

i'm tired of hearing the cavs are a garbage team. with their team, if lebron is god like people seem to think, they should be doing better than they are.

lebron - if he is what people say he is, they should be winning even more
flip murray - started to play well in seattle
larry hughes (i know, hurt for a while) - with the wizards he was nasty
big Z - very good offensively
drew gooden - nice D, can throw in some offense, even though he doesn't need to as the 5th option probably

anyway

ROY obviously chris paul.
coach i think might go to flip saunders. he might not do that much, but no one could do the job any better, letting that team do what they do.
mvp - kobe deserves it, if not, i like chauncey
sixth man - idk, who cares

and goose, nice try for a laugh, but it isn't even his kidney

mvp: nash, maybe dirk, unlikely Lebron, no NOT Kobe (sorry)
roty: chris paul
coach: avery johnson, maybe flip saunders, scott skiles is a long shot.
impoved: no clue, no one important.
6th: mike miller
defense: ok, Bruce Bowen this year... although AK47 could get it, or ben wallace.

it's going to be lebron or kobe this year. as much as nash may be deserving, they didn't want to give it to him last year, and they certainly won't give it to him 2 years in a row.

COY: byron scott, hands down.
Improved: who gives a fuck.
6th: who gives a fuck, you're not a starter.
DPOY: b wallace
ROTY: duh

if lebron gets it, i will be extremely angry. however, i guess i wouldn't be surprised seeing how much the league sucks his dick.

who picks these btw?

You're an idiot.

You guys are underestimating how important Diaw and David West were to their teams as candidates for Most Improved. David West is the reason nobody cared that a still productive Jamal Magloire got traded even with P.J. Brown playing out of position at center. Andres Nocioni has a case for most improved also.
