New GM, new players:
Boston is sending All-Star point guard Kemba Walker, the 16th pick in this year's NBA draft and a 2025 second-round selection to the Oklahoma City Thunder for Al Horford, Moses Brown and a 2023 second-round pick, the teams announced Friday.

My hate of the Nets is only eclipsed by the LeLakers and LeHeat. But, man...the refs sure aren't calling anything for the Bucks.

In all fairness, they had no Kyrie (shocker), half of Harden, and KD was probably burnt out. They never really had Dinwiddle which would've been a nice piece but he just opted out.
But imagine your frustration as a Sixers fan today. My co-worker who's a fan literally hates Simmons

That's the fair karma for all these mega all-universe teams: SURE, you can sign 'em all but you can't have them all on the court at once. So, it was awesome to see the Nets not have Kyrie and only get half of Harden. It was deserved.
Same thing happened to the LeLakers which was awesomeness.
What in the world happened to Ben Simmons?

The LeLakers should check to see if JJ Watt wants to sign with them too.

Are the Bulls not signing anyone or no one is going to the Bulls..
Very different situation here
But if Nets could build a super team, eventually Bulls could too... but you will have to support Bulls to build a super team.

Don't care. Then, NBA can just fold and be a 2-team League. LA LeEveryone versus the Brooklyn Everyones.

See, that's why I can support the Bulls. No one is signing in Chicago except for Boozers and other second-rate players. The sheep want to follow the LeBrons and the no-shoulder Durants. So, they call just congregate in Brooklyn and LA and have this 2Pac vs. Biggie all over again except in the NBA.

The Clippers have been 0-2 before and seem to have no issue roaring back...though, they are doing it without Kawhi this time likely? So, they may not.

Except no one team can win by 1 star. Even Phx has 2. Clippers have.... A LOT... Bucks have A LOT...
But he has won championships every team he went to... that is a fact you cant deny. At the age of .... what ever his old age is, he is still pretty impressive for his age.

What makes Phoenix and Milwaukee teams I can cheer for is they didn't use the approach I had just described...most of their setup were via drafting and smart trades (that were not via hostage situations either). So, yeah...I'm thrilled to see the Nets and Lakers done.

Role players and a deep roster are critical to winning it all in the NBA. I agree...I'm not denying you need more than one "star" player. It's just easy to hate on LeBron because he ushered in this new NBA system where the star players all collude and decide on where to go. What makes it terrible in many ways is that it essentially limits the franchises and screws basically everyone else even if they have the capital and/or intangibles in place. I get it.

Dont hate the players. It is not their fault that everyone wants to enjoy the sunshine in LA.
