Yup,,, that fucked Lakers for many years to come... yet KD was allowed to go to a team with 73 wins... I know ownership was different... Then dont give us the "we are trying to help the smaller market" bullshit.

Was this an article written by Russell Westbrook? Because if he's a really good guy he hides it pretty well. I understand that fans are obnoxious and rude to players, but at the same time he really takes it too far in return. Like saying to that one fan that he would f**k him and his wife up. The players are really becoming prima donnas these days. Not only are they all making tens of millions of dollars a year for sub-par play where it's all hero ball and jacking up threes because of analytics, travelling, and no defense, but then they're all acting like anyone who yells anything at them is out of line.

Westbrook is one of the least likable players i've watched in a long time.. for some reason he always tries to find the one white guy on the opposing team and tries to fight him. And by tries to fight I mean he starts the fight then lets Steven Adams jump in while he yells from the back

I don't know if he tries to fight white guys. All I know is he's constantly getting into altercations with fans and he also pressures teammates to follow his lead when he's trying to be rude to that one reporter guy. Like I've seen some press conferences on YouTube where the guy will just give up on Westbrook and try to ask the other person with him a question and it gets all tense bc the other guy knows he's also supposed to be rude to him but he doesn't really care about the feud. And I hate sports reporters, but this whole trend of players being idiots during press conferences when they're highly-paid to be the face of the sport is stupid. Like Marshawn Lynch thinks everyone actually cares about him as a person. Trust me, nobody's going to interview him when he's one year retired. Same with Westbrook.

:woohoo:
There was a time - not so long ago - when LaVar Ball's Big Baller Brand tried to make a splash in the basketball shoe game with the ridiculously expensive ZO2 sneakers. Lonzo had turned down stable and lucrative offers from Nike and Adidas to promote the family brand.
And everything that could have gone wrong for Big Baller Brand in the two years since has indeed gone wrong.
The Triple-Bs struggled with sales at that price point (shocking, I know), couldn't honor orders in a timely and accurate manner and ultimately received a failing grade from the Better Business Bureau. When the Ball brothers distanced themselves from Big Baller Brand in response to Alan Foster's alleged multimillion-dollar embezzlement scheme, the brand appeared to be dead.
Now, it REALLY looks dead.

Big Baller Brand went from selling $50 t shirts to selling them for $5 at local volleyball tournaments

Photos hit Twitter over the weekend of a depressing-looking Big Baller Brand clearance sale at a volleyball tournament. Big Baller Brand once charged $50 for its T-shirts, and those prices were slashed to $5 at the pop-up shop. Hoodies and hats were also available for under $20, and BBB was offering a $100 bundle that included shoes previously priced at $400.
That doesn't look good for the state of Big Baller Brand.
While the company's life has been teased in recent weeks - with a new LaMelo Ball shoe - the company's site has been down and under construction for months. Those expensive Big Baller Brand camps in Europe and Qatar that were supposed to feature the entire Ball family were canceled.
At this point, there's no conceivable way Big Baller Brand could come back and succeed. This clearance sale is basically acknowledging that reality.

well his NBA career was officially over when he got injured again before the season even started, even without this drama mama.
But it does sound like BS to me tho... he wanted his son to attend his wedding... and the EX of course would reject that idea... why wouldn't she... seeing your ex husband getting married.
Now... this Dwight Howard shit.... WTF .....

I shoot people
Lakers signed Dwight for one year with a no bull shit clause, basically if he pisses anyone off in the organization (with teammates, locker room behaviour etc etc), they can drop his ass before January 7th and NOT owe him a dime

yah and Cousins allegedly threatening his ex baby mama by "putting a bullet in her head" for not letting his son attending his wedding.
The Ex baby mama recorded the conversation and filed a lawsuit and sent the tape to TMZ... yes TMZ
So yah i dont blame him for dumping bitch like that....

Jalen Rose says its not a good sign Giannis isn't talking about the supermax extension to stay in Milwaukee 5 year / $247 million. I sure hope Jalen is wrong. Giannis leaves, we are in trouble. Hopefully the new arena and Rodgers being part owner, this will secure players for the future. They did sign some good pick ups this off season. Should be a good time if all stay healthy!
