Steph Curry is on pace to make more 3s in his last 2 seasons than Larry Bird did in his entire 13-yr career

Anyone else not surprised that the Warriors are 20-0 right now? They probably will go undefeated until the Cavs game...? Or will the Pacers beat them?

I guess it's hard to say when you don't have 3 good defensive players to guard Curry, Thompson, and Green at the same time.

After seeing what they were capable of last season and in the playoffs, I guess this is not surprising given how no team has an answer how to guard the Warriors once they go into their close-out "beast-mode" lineup: It's too fast and too skilled...sure, it's small but it's a shoutout to the yesterday of basketball before the generations of big men.

Still, 20 games is darn impressive.

It is very impressive! Curry is killing everyone on his 3's, wide open or not.

I think the NBA should have matched up Warriors vs. Cav's earlier in the season, like the opener. Even the Warriors vs. Spurs would have been nice to see early in the season since that was the "wanted" Western Conference finals match up for last year.

They pull it off because their shooting is so great. I think I heard they give up more 2 pointers than 3 pointers they make. It's like going for it on 4th down in football. This team is an analytics wet dream. Green is so important for it to work as well.

Here's a good read talking about the Spurs and comparing numbers:

An all-time team in the making: The Spurs' 21-5 start by the numbers | theScore.com

Warriors are good, but Spurs might be better this year?

Didn't read the article but I did hear that the Spurs have a higher scoring margin than GS. Can't wait for the playoffs.

Charlotte is really good apparently. Cavs always fun. Miami and Boston improved. Detroit will be fun to watch Drummond.

Wow Bob Ryan called Mark Jackson a phony bible thumper on the LeBatard show. The audio is in the link and even Le Batard asks to clarify and he makes it pretty clear he doesn't care for Jackson.

I can't wait until the Bulls let him walk. And they will. They're tired of his garbage. The Bulls are Jimmy Butler's team.

There's some push from Chicago to explore trading Butler for Cousins? I would do it.

Then again, I hear Cousins is kind of an idiot. Sigh...

It's funny that the leaders of the Kings are Cousins and Rondo I heard a rumor for the Heat to get Cousins for Whiteside and Winslow Justice. Think I'd do that because now Cousins can shoot outside too

GarPax love their guys. I would think they would be dead set against trading Butler. Maybe they'll move Pau for whatever they can get?

Well, put it this way, the Bulls core is pretty much out of time...their window is near expired. Does this roster tell you it can beat the Cavs in a 7 game series? To me, it's near unlikely.

I dunno...I smell a semi-rebuild incoming. Rose, Jo, Pau, and even Taj...their times as Bulls are maybe up. Butler is probably the only one that can get a nice return, IMO.

Cousins is still an idiot. Of course since I live in Sacramento, everyone makes an excuse to why he's still a idiot.

Talented idiot Speaking of talented idiots, don't think Whiteside is going to get paid here. Clashing with Wade and Bosh and not giving a fuck about defense outside of blocks (show-me stats).

I would love to exchange knuckleheads. At least ours will be a free agent next year but we get no Larry Bird rights.
