He caught the head but I don't believe it was intentional. I am not a Pens fan directly so I don't have a care either way other than to me it looked like the only reason he hit is head was cause Malkin is a tall big guy that was mostly upright and Oshie is shorter and was bearing down trying to cut across after the puck. In doing so it put his head directly at shoulder level. I think tossing a player when there is head contact the intent needs to be taken into consideration. I don't really feel like he showed intent and drove the contact towards the head.

So...Pens won a cup in 16 with speed. Copy cat league...other now have it and the Pens are slow. Time to reinvent. We're older, need to play wiser.

And Letang missed 1. We just suck all around.

Pens are just playing uninspired hockey, it's November and they're bored. Sad as it is, they just assume they're going to make the playoffs so the effort isn't always there. They played lights out in Western Canadia, and played a great game against the Craps, minus giving up that late goal with a minute left. Changes most certainly are coming, but sucks to see them playing so haphazardly right now. Especially with what I pay for Season Tickets

Another new system under Colliton and it's now man-to-man...with players having a hard time getting it out of the zone. Recipe for disaster.

Things may have to get even worse before they can get better...I can't be too bitter as I've been treated to 3 Cups now but this is difficult to watch.

Not a fan of the move at all esp. when it's the GM that made up this roster. Dunno. Whatever...it is what it is. Hawks are missing the playoffs again...but, they should just tank properly and hope for a shot at Hughes.

I won't lie. I actually DRAFTED Loocheech with my last pick in my hockey pool because I thought he'd have some bounce-back...and him scoring in game 1 had me looking smart. Then, well, yeah. I had him around for hits and other goonery stats as our League counts for those but eventually, I just dropped him for Ryan Reeves. Yeah, Ryan farking Reeves who has FOUR goals and does just as much goonery stats.


Again, in a fantasy league, I dropped Loocheech...a $6M player for...Ryan Reeves. Someone should tell Sharelli.
