Wouldn't be surprised to see a coaching change in Pittsburgh, team just can't play this system, and the coach has no emotion whatsoever

I saw Malkin's comment the other day...something definitely is amiss esp. given how they team has seemingly retooled. It is still relatively early in the season but I suppose the Pens don't want to dig themselves too deep of a hole...Would a coaching change be pressing the panic button, though?

It definitely would, but something has to give, they're not playing like they should and this system is choking the life out of the offense.

Maybe he built a good team. We're not quite sure..... Because he hired the wrong coach.

Still points to Rutherford being the issue doesn't it?

Or maybe this team isn't just built for the new boring as fuck NHL where stars don't matter and any AHL/ECHL goalie can have a save % of .950 and win you a cup. You know, Yumchah's NHL.

Look, yumcha, when you're dead last in the league again and still filling the rink to its brim with fans, you have nothing to worry about.

Come to Edmonton and you don't have to even really play hockey. The expectations bar has been set so low, just showing up to practice will justify someone getting a 5M dollar contract. True story.

What do you guys think of this new all star format? I'm kinda interested in seeing an all star 3 on 3 tournament. It can't be any worse than every other all star game I've watched.
