Some dude on Facebook was bitching about the Pens and how they've gotten 2 generational talents in the draft over the years in Lemieux and Crosby, I told him boy if you hate teams that get high picks in the draft, you must really hate Edmonton with 5 #1 picks in a row

right, but only 1 of Edmonton's players was a generational player, out of the 5 4.

Well, him and Gretzky... but I mean, that's 30 years apart.

Tomorrow game might be tough to watch. We are down two defenseman and now down our backup goalie so we will be starting our third goalie in game 5 in Nashville.

I have a feeling I will be cheering from the Knights from here on out.

Heck of a game between the Flyers and Pens. Great hockey to watch. Pretty sure Giroux laying the big hit on Haglin ended up back firing and lighting a fire under the Pens. In my opinion that was the turning point of the game. They never looked back.

Proud of the Avs for making their serious last longer than any other in the Western conference. Just making the playoffs was an amazing reward after last season. So going six games was bonus hockey to watch. You can't win a playoff series as an 8 seed with your third goalie while missing your number one defenseman as well. Makes me really excited for next season to get underway. Rebuild may finally be paying off.

And Preds fans don't know, because they didn't realize they even have a hockey team...

That hit on Hags was dirty as hell, and somehow he doesn't get a penalty Mad props to the Avs for making a series of it and not rolling over like the Moogy Kings...

As an outsider looking in I have to disagree with you. He doesn't leave his feet and he just happened to catch Haglin turning and with his head down a bit. It didn't help that with his head down it pushed the edge of his shield into his mouth and caused the cut.

Fun stat, the Pens scored more goals in the 3 playoff games at Wells Fargo this year than the Flyers have scored in the playoffs in that building in 6 years

He doesn't leave his feet till after contact is initiated which doesn't matter then. You just can't lauch yourself before making contact. Really the only reason he comes off his feet at all is cause of the impact of the hit. The only possible chance for a penalty on that hit is if you want to call interferencsince he had already passed the puck. You can see it in the video. Start at the 1:15 mark.

I am all for making the game safer but also these big hits need to be allowed they are part of the game. If they are clean they need to not be penalized.

You're right, he leaves his feet after the hit, I didn't like how he targeted the head with his stick/hands, he's a dirty piece of shit and a -10 on the series, F him

BJ's won first 2, Caps won 4 in a row

Epic collapse for sure, was hoping the BJ's would force a game 7, at least the Leaves did

Awesome. Penguins just got a free pass to the 3rd round of the playoffs this year, seeing as they're going up against the Caps next

Certainly hope so, it's going to be a tough series, hoping it doesn't go to 7 games again...

I think the Penguins are more than cabaple to send the Caps out to the golf course. I'd be shocked if it was a seven game affair.

All hinges on Malkin's injury, if he's good to go we'll have the center depth, if he's out or not 100% there are no guarantees

Fearless pick: Leaves will take Game 7 tonight. The tragedy in Toronto, as awful as it is, has galvanized the team...and I believe they will come out on top. Toronto actually deserves this.

So, Ovie vs. Sid Part 2341473289413497 will likely go the same way as every other of the prior movies.
