WR: DeSean Jackson
TE: Kevin Boss
K: Ryan Longwell

Start Derrick Ward and watch out for Lewis' back up is Lewis doesn't perform. Guy's name is Davis IIRC.

14 team league, head-to-head, non-keeper league, i had the 7th pick (in the middle as usual):

qb: roethlisberger
rb: michael turner
rb: brandon jacobs
wr: steve smith
wr: jericho cotchery
te: antonio gates
k: david akers
def: steelers

reserves:
rb: willis mcgahee
wr: dominik hixon
wr: kevin walter
qb: matt cassel

in our draft the elite qb's went early in the first round due to our scoring system so i was able to pick up my 2 starting rb's plus steve smith, but i ended up with roethlisberger. we changed the reserves from 6 to 4 this year. with 6 reserves there was basically nobody on the wire worth picking up.

anyone got an opinion on the giants wr's? one of them is bound to be decent enough to be a fantasy starter but i can't figure out whether it's going to be steve smith (the other one) or dominik hixon. i just remember last season i saw hixon go off for 100 yards before he got injured and didn't even play in the second half.

^^You definitely are set in RB. I think Hixon is a good pick. Whos the other guy in NY? Hicks? I think they will but up #'s this year. Overall, you got a solid team. Especially for a 14 team league. Maybe look for another QB besides Cassel, is the only thing I see wrong. But hey I have his sorry ass too.

this might've been a little confusing but i actually have steve smith from carolina at wr who i picked up with my 3rd pick.

in my post above i was asking you guys who you think might have a breakout season at wr for the nyg, steve smith (nyg) or the other anticipated starter, dominik hixon. it's funny that no wr's from the nyg were drafted at all in my league and i figure that one of those guys is going to turn out to have a good season but i can't stash them all on my reserve list. there is also a rookie who might end up being good. nobody has any idea of who is going to breakout but most experts predict it will be steve smith.

Not too happy with my team, but then again I haven't been keeping up with football very much for the last 2 years, so yeah I think my team kinda sucks, or it might not be that bad. Plus I haven't played in a 10 team league in a long time..... anyway enough with the excuses:

QB - Aaron Rodgers
RB - LaDainian Tomlinson
RB - Derrick Ward
RB/WR - Dwayne Bowe
WR - Chad Ochocinco
WR - Santana Moss
TE - Dallas Clark
DEF/ST - NYJ
IDP - Gibril Wilson
K - Jason Elam

bench:

QB - Carson Palmer
RB - Beanie Wells
RB - Ricky Williams
WR - Patrick Crayton
TE - Kevin Boss

What do you guys think? I'm kinda running on hopes and dreams for some players (LT, Ward, Moss, Wells) and I overlooked some players while drafting others a bit too early.

^^^not a horrible team....not bad at rb and you have a few older guys that are known for decent seasons every year but you dont really ahve an elite player(current) anyways have a few that were 2 years ago...maybe ochocinco will pull his weight for you...derrick ward should put up good numbers along with kevin boss and clark

If you guys have a league through Yahoo, and you either have an iPhone, iTouch, BB Curve 8900, BB Bold 9000 or BB Tour 9630, Yahoo just released an app that gives you functionality to change line ups, have stat tracker, etc. I downloaded the app onto my iTouch, and it's a must have. Unfortunately they don't yet have a freaking version for the BB Storm (IDIOTS).

^^^Yes, to dropping Sammy Morris for Ray Rice. NOW!

You're a little weak at QB. I don't have a lot of faith in Warner playing the whole season. Otherwise not bad. Is Jonathan Stewart available? He would be nice a handcuff for Williams.

My draft sucked. 12 team, PPR (.5 per catch) 3 WR starting league

QB: Mcbabb, Palmer
RB: Mojo, Portis, Pierre Thomas
WR: Steve smith, Anthony Gonzalez, Kevin Walter, Earl Bennett, Mike Walker
TE: Tony Gonzalez, Dustin Keller
Defense: Giants, Patriots
K: Gould

Screwed at WR otherwise fairly solid. Kevin Walter being day to day and pierre thomas still being injured isnt good
