You knew Texas would be #1 because they didn't factor in criminal activity. Otherwise you would have Florida. D.C. is better than 20 states? I guess if the Redskins beat the Giants Saturday you would have to move them past NY too.

I think Fl should be #1 in college now with 9 national titles since UF won!! Seriously texas better than Fl at college Fuck naw!!
