The first pair of Js I ever owned/second favorite pair are getting retroed as part of the Air Jordan 17/6 Countdown Package. Now if they only bring back the Black/Cement IIIs I'll be set.

I have been debating on buying an original pair but would rather pay more for ones that are not falling apart. You can find them on iss or ebay for $1500 but the soles are falling off even though they have not been worn.

I would be willing to pay serious $

i want those carmines, but i looked $310!? I don't even like the air jordan 17.

i want the air jordan ix white/black, but i saw that is also going to be in a package with the air jordan xiv, which is alright, but it creases easily.

i know fakes suck, but i don't feel like spending 310 bucks just to be able to buy a pair of my favorite white/black 9's

these:

i saw on amazon.com that is selling air jordan ix white black for 80 bucks, but i know they're fake. so, would you guys just shell out 80 bucks or 310 bucks for the authentics, which are bundled with air jordan XIV black/red?

I'm not planning on collecting any Jordan's, but I would love to get Jordan 1 (black and grey) from somewhere. I definitely want the retro edition (ie. no the originals). With that said, where do you guys get your shoes from? I plan on wearing these, so I want to make sure I don't snag some fake low quality ones. What do I need to look for, to ensure they are authentic? My cousin has a friend that collects, but buys fakes to wear. LOL

I collect, have about 40-50 pairs right now.

Air Jordan 3(2), 4(2), 5(2), 7, 8, 9, 10(2), 11(3), 12(2), 13, 14, 20, 21

Also collect old school retroes that aren't Jordans, and I have a pretty good Air Max collection too...

Thanks, I would have more but the ones I want are so hard to find in my size. I usually get lucky with some stores which have a single pair left of the retro jordans in my size, so it works out i guess..

size 14 is difficult to find? I thought size 10 was the most popular one.

regardless, I'm very jealous.

They just make less. Normally when you are waiting the footlocker person comes out and lets you know how many of what size they have.

I no longer wait because my buddy can hook me up with 1 pair.

I got to get the ones above but lately there has been

o yea!! 14-15 used to be so hard to find. I remember when I was in high school I went to 17 stores looking for a pair of kicks! its easier now but still hard for jordans.

Also they dont make that many pairs mentioned above, I know for the black 13's they didnt make that many in a size 14.. does anyone know how many were made in total (all sizes)? like 2,000 pairs?

My first pair of Jordans were the Jordan 17's which I got in red, and they gave you that Red Suitcase with the CD and everything. Those were stolen at school, then I got the Jordan 18's in Black/Blue and White/Red, and those were stolen too. Needlesstosay, I was pissed off to the point where I never spend over 150$ for a pair of shoes ever again :P

Just the ones I posted, those are never worn/just tried on. The others I ended up tossing them out or they are in the basement in retirement.

FYI - the space jam XI's are going to be released in december 2009. $175 per pair, i believe.

i will definitely try and get one. hopefully, they won't be too limited. however, my understanding is that the recent retros have horrible quality.

did anyone get the XI/XII collezioni pairs? the patent leather on the XI's looked small compared to the OG's and even the retros that were sold in 2001.

i only have two pairs of jordans now (retro XI in black and red and retro XI low in all white). while i'm not a sneaker fiend like in my college days, i really wanna get a pair of those space jams. that they'll retro the concords and cool greys in 2010 for the 25th anniversary of air jordans.

and we'll be seeing 4 colorways of the XII's this year:

1. "nubucks"....black on black with light blue trim
2. white and red
3. black and red
4. white and white

if only they'll re-release the blue and white. those were the only XII's i liked.
