$3500 range w/ the custom black barrel.

$2600 range w/o the black barrel - just the regular polish barrel.

How many inches are these lips? Does a step rim necessarily mean that the face is going to be smaller in size than that of a reverse lip?

yes, step lip mean 19" wheels using 18" face.

lip size can be custom from 2.5" to 5" but not every car can use the bigger lip size.

can you pm me a price in a 18 inch in silver though? i don't want to do any fender work so not sure what you would recommend. i have a 08 tl base.
