Step 1 option 2
Step 2 option 1
Step 3 and 4 option 2

Except the buttons won't work on your 03 TL.

I see that your selling the Honda Accord key fob. Does it work with '00 TL? all buttons. I would love one since I will just be carrying that fob around instead of a key and remote.

The keys we sell do work in 2g TL and CL locks, and can be made to start the car with chip swapping, but DO NOT operate remote locks.

Hi, quick 2 questions before i make the order.
Are these the original keys from Acura? With the Acura symbol on the back?

When you swap the chip, do you swap just the info, or the chip itself? And will that make the old key unusable?

Thanks
Manny

Yes original Acura Keys.

I swap the chip itself, effectively destroying the old key.

so.. if i send you one of my brand new never used keys that would be the best bet? thats assuming that you do not need to take the key apart to put the chip in (since that is with the RSX only?) i would get back my original key AND the new key correct?

If you want me to cut the key, I need a stock key.

If you want a chip swap on the TL, then I will need to take it apart. But the dealer can program the key for your TL.

If you want a key for the RSX, the chip swap is required. The switchblade chip cannot be programmed for your car.

I lost my "memory 1" key months ago, and after cleaning and recleaning my place, and asking friends and family if they'd seen it I think I'm at a loss.

If I wanted a switchblade, can I send you the valet key after placing the order? Or do I have to send you my original #2?

Also, more importantly - how do you ship it back...USPS or UPS/FedEx?

The keys and the memory functions are completely separate. The memory is built into the TRANSMITTER not the key itself. SO on a switchblade we can use any key to cut and chip swap. The only difference is which transmitter it comes with.

Order a Mem1 or Mem 2, whatever you want.

We ship USPS Priority for the return post.

IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE KEY DO NOT SEND IT TO ME. Make sure if you send me a key you have a spare!

Gotcha. However, if I had a valet key I could just send that your way (this way I'd still have the original mem2), have that cut and take it to my dealership to have it reprogrammed. Right?

Nevermind- was stumbling through the "how do I" section on your webpage and it seems I can indeed send that in. Cool, I'm in...

(By the way, does anyone know of a shop that'll program these on the cheap here in NJ? Called one dealership and was quoted $58 for one key...)

---ALERT---

Our last run of keys was not machined properly and is having a problem. So we are stopping shipping until we solve the issue. Should be about a week before we can fill orders on keys.

I got another TL's switchblade at the time of the sale. The lock and unlock buttons work fine but it does not turn when it's in the ignition. Can the key be re-milled?

The TL-S already comes with a switchblade. We mod that key to fit in 04-08 non-S models and TSXs! So, this is for you if you want one!

I have nothing but good things to say about Heeltoe and Marcus. A few weeks ago I mailed my TSX key to them from the east coast, 1st class mail, and got a cut switchblade back exactly a week later. Totally blew my expectations out of the water!!

I had a problem with my key, and Marcus promptly took care of it. Amazing customer service, when it's time for me to start buying things for my TSX (aka when the wife lets me) he'll be the first guy I go to.

Thanks Marcus!!
