TL-S Switchblades, Milled and cut from Heeltoe!

In stock and Shipping Now! Fastline/Heeltoe Milled TL-S Switchblade!

Accessorize your Honda/Acura with the switchblade key from an Acura TL-S

http://www.heeltoeauto.com/files/Det...ekey_tls_1.jpg

2-button version is for the RSX
http://www.heeltoeauto.com/files/Det...ekey_rdx_1.jpg

The TL-S key is normally a "sidewinder" key for use in special lock cylinders. Fastline Performance takes this key blank and machines it down to incorporate the taper, grooving, and stop blocks of a standard Honda HD103 blank. This blank is used in many popular Honda and Acura cars, including the 04-08 TSX, 04-06 TL, RSX, 01-06 MDX and more! Now, if you have one of these cars (the fully approved list of cars is pending) then you can combine your key and remote fob into one with the addition of the switchblade action to amaze your friends with.

We also have Accord blanks for use in the TSX and TL! Choose silver or red H on the back!

Nice about how long will the turn around time be if you send in a key to be cut?

MrHeeltoe Feb 5, 2009 01:17 PM

My machinist wants to cut these all at once so I'd give it 2 weeks.

sifuacura Feb 5, 2009 01:36 PM

awesome, i will get when my paycheck comes in =)

Pricing question:

Memory 1
I'll cut it myself
No

Price=$126

Sending my own key
Heeltoe cut 1 key (+30.00)
No

Price = $90

Why is the second option cheaper? My understanding is that I am only sending my key in so that you can perform the cut? I must be missing something.

Skwalker23 Feb 5, 2009 03:26 PM

Good news it seems for me.

FYI: from Acura of Brookfield in Wisconsin:

"...we can cut and program the key for the $52.00 provided that it actually will program. To the best of my knowledge we have not had the opportunity to do so but we learn new things everyday. It should take about a half an hour to do so, the car does need to be hooked up into our computer tablet to program new security codes into the car. Feel free to call the service dept to schedule a program time, or if you prefer you can also make an appointement online at our website www.acurabrookfield.com .

Thanks again and if you have any other questions feel free to ask."

In the first option you are buying a key from me, I am milling it, and you are cutting it.

In the second option you are sending me a key, I am milling it and cutting it.

If you are sending me a switchblade key then I'd need it kind of soon.

If you are sending me a stock key to copy I don't need it for a little while.

But I need the order on heeltoeauto.com asap either way.

fireman252525 Feb 5, 2009 07:13 PM

I would send you both!! I am going to have one done through you and one done through csmeance!! I will get you order in tonight!!

Scepter Feb 5, 2009 08:01 PM

is this available for the 2nd gen CL as well?

fireman252525 Feb 5, 2009 08:02 PM

Ok Marcus... My order is in!! I will send my keys to 27758 santa margarita pkwy #132, mission viejo, CA 92691. If It's going somewhere else call via the contact number given through paypal. I will ship them tomorrow!! Do you have an idea of what the turn-around time is going to be??

AnthraciteAspec Feb 5, 2009 10:52 PM

Ok I placed my order but it shows shipping charge I assume that can be waived if I come pick it up, I selected cash pickup option for payment. Also when do I need to get you my key by? I will be giving you a stock key just to cut. I ordered the switchblade mem 1 from you with cut for 156.

AnthraciteAspec Feb 5, 2009 10:59 PM

BTW Marcus you are the man for making this happen!

You should have had a pickup option when it asked you how you wanted it shipped. I know it works because others have done it. You must have just missed it before you entered your information.

I don't need a stock key for a little while. We need to get the switchblades in and all the milling done before we do any cutting.

The key will work in a CL as far as the locks go. The immobilizer will need to be swapped, and I do not believe the keyless buttons are going to function.

meowevil Feb 5, 2009 11:40 PM

Why i cannot place my order :ugh:
The system keep sending me an error said invalid address/zip code:no:

K3VIN Feb 6, 2009 01:55 AM

Marcus,
For those of us who are local and are doing a local pick up, I was wondering how would the key cutting work? Can it be done while we wait there or do we have to pick up another time?

RonJonTL757 Feb 6, 2009 05:21 AM

order placed sending the keys today.

9.23 to ship 2 keys :ugh: i've paid worse :tomato:

pilotman28 Feb 6, 2009 08:42 AM

Look on the back of your key fob.

If your car has seat memory then either one will work. It just means that mem 1 will move the seats to the mem 1 seat position, and mem 2 moves the seats to mem 2 seat position. Didn't your salesman explain how that works when you bought the car ;) ?

I hate to do that to you guys, but insurance is part of the deal. A little extra shipping makes the biggest difference in our ability to give customer service.

Its hard to say since I am not cutting them HERE persay. I am cutting them at the dealer. So I think it is best if you mail me your key so I can cut a bunch at once.

fireman252525 Feb 6, 2009 03:15 PM

Sent my keys today!! You have them monday or tuesday!!

Would you be able to swap the immobilizer? Or do we need to get that done at the dealer? I have an 01 CL with an aftermarket alarm so I'm not worried about the keyless buttons not working.

RonJonTL757 Feb 6, 2009 06:03 PM

Marcus,

Sent you the keys today :excited: They are in a small cassette box with my name and cell number and RonJonTL757 on the box.
Cant wait till get them back but take your time on them

MrHeeltoe Feb 9, 2009 12:09 PM

I am not doing that at the moment. One thing at a time ;)

fireman252525 Feb 11, 2009 07:58 AM

Marcus.... I just realized that I didn't put my AZ name on the keys!! Last name is RUHLIN. You should have recieved the keys already!! Please let me know if you didn't!!

upandcoming Feb 11, 2009 08:39 AM

Ordered mine this morning.... cant wait

MrHeeltoe Feb 11, 2009 11:29 AM

I won't be going by screen names so don't worry:)

I got 40 memory 1 keys in and 10 memory 2 keys coming this week. Cutting will happen as soon as all the keys come in, so if you are wanting to send me your own switchblade do it quick!

Yes, although the buttons won't work and you need to swap the immobilizer chip over from your stock key.
