Have you consulted with production on the delivery date for the MDX unit? I'm awaiting a reply but glad to hear the units are 100% bug free.

@Navtool, i've lost track of how many email's 'ive sent you guys (+ vitaly) asking for an update and no response.

This is the sad part of this entire dumpster fire of a pre-order / group buy. It's now been over a week since any updates from NavTool about you guys getting your products and the entire months of March and April they were saying that all they needed were the endcaps and the products would ship. They can't even build 1 module a day and get these things shipped to PAYING customers?
MONUMENTALLY PATHETIC business practice! I still truly wish for you to get your products and they work exactly as advertised for many years, but the rodeo you went through was more than I was willing to handle.

I would like to have the administrators do some evaluations of what happened to better address situations like this in the future.

Like what kind of evaluation? It's pretty clear what happened here. Vendor overpromised, then hasn't yet delivered. That wouldn't ordinarily be an issue, but he took peoples' money and instead of refunding readily, is forcing members to fight using their credit card companies. Indicates a company with cashflow problems.

I guess I was just trying to be more politically correct and less confrontational and I went overboard.
Perhaps there's a way to set up a procedure that a company would have a contract that if there was a group buy or pre-order that they could still charge early but have a drop dead delivery date or the money would automatically be refunded. Not sure if this is even possible, but that would be a nice motivator for the seller and some assurance of a product or refund for the buyer.

I really doubt there is anything Acurazine can do at this point. If Acurazine could help people get their money back they would have already. Acurazine is not really a party to the transaction between NavTool and buyers. The only power Acurazine has is to ban them from doing business on Acurazine and at this point they only have a few buyers left so even that is not much incentive to NavTool. And of course they will just lie about what has happened here anyway. They have no credibility on here.

It's the end of the 15th and not only do we have no response from NavTool, he hasn't even logged on since 5/11.
