Its kind of odd that you would wear out rear pads when all where done at the same time
I would inspect the calipers for function- mine had to all be replaced and now the master cylinder too. The rears only do 30 percent of the work and should outlast the fronts by far.
If the front calipers are weak- the rear pads will get eaten up stopping the car
Check your front pad wear and look for glaze- a sign of caliper probs

Here is the gen3 link for whats available
http://heeltoeauto.com/Heeltoe-Build...-pr-40007.html
You have Brembo fronts which narrows the choices a bit on rotors
For basic street driving the Stoptech are solid performers
For autocross racers and track day drivers and those tha drive like ones- the RacingBrake 2 piece rotor with HPS pad and Brembos will startle you with its level of repeated use fade resistance, and braking power over the stock setup. Just the stoptechs and HPS are a step up from OE, which has to compromise on power versus mom drivers comfort. It is supposed to be a Touring Luxery car after all

If your front calipers are black and say Acura in big white letters on them , you have Brembo front calipers and the larger diameter brake rotor than a regular TL has!
Thats normally found on new/gen3, type S cars and 6speed manual transmission cars.
It makes a big differance when ordering the parts- totally different type of system and pad shape- well everything different
As for rear pads and rotors- a pro shop can check their thickness and condition for you and advise.
RB= RacingBrake a maker of performance oriented hi quality pads and rotors
HPS= Hawk HPS pads- often used by performance street drivers
ET300- The pad made by RacingBrake for their rotors
Brembo= Factory installed Brembo calipers
on heeltoe:
OE= better than OE quality replacement part, example Stoptech and Centric brand rotors
RacingBrake currently makes its own 2 piece rotor for the ~brembo cars~ and uses HPS pads with them.
For normal drivers- the stoptech rotor option is a solid performer

Mr HT - Can you PM me pricing for rear pads on an 04TSX AT and let me know what I could gane from ceramics? I'll be using stock rotors (unless you got a good deal on rear rotors ). Fronts not necessary yet as dealer replaced them for free. I figure I'll be back in 5-10k miles once shudder returns.

The free shipping on pads deal ended long ago- you can still get free shipping when you buy a combo pack with rotors and pads.
Here is the link to the brake pad choices for the tsx
RacingBrake makes its own brand of pads now- I switched from Hawk HPS to ET300 and am very happy with the performance, low dust, what noise? of them.
