hey is there any difference in dimensions between the 04-05 foglights and the newer fascia 06-07 foglights?

I might just get myself the TSX foglight film since they look practically the same as my Accord fogs.

I sent 2 emails to Rockblocker indicating them of the status, but never heard back from them.

Also, what I feared had happened. I went on a long road trip over holidays and just today I noticed that one of the fog lights cracked...

I've shopped for 100s of items online over the past 8 years and this by far the longest screw up all for low price of $7.95! lol

In response to this post we are working with the customer on the issue at hand now that we are aware of the new situation. Due to an error on checkout (our fault in the system) and the item not being returned promptly we have been unable to correct the matter at hand quickly.

can anyone shed some light on whether the newer TSX fogs have different dimensions than the ones before the fascia refresh?

I highly doubt we will have a sale like that again. While the sales were good the boss was expecting to see a lot more people offer up photos of the product installed.

I would have posted pics but i bought aftermarket fog lights and they are really crappy and have moisture all in them already. I can still take a pic on a nicer day if you want some pics of the yellow fill on an 04 TSX??

Glad to hear you support us and the product, but sorry to say the sale is over. So I guess it doesnt really matter. We did it to help promote our product, get photos and most importantly do something for the community. and yes we lost money on it, but for a good cause

I slapped one (on a good fog light) and I didn't realize that it is slightly smaller than the lens. Ah well...

Again, I wanted to say thank you for taking care of this. Despite taking it almost 2 month it all worked out.

btw, did you finally receive my return?

The Lexan lenses looked the way to go last winter when I cracked both factory fogs. I bought them and installed them. 1 year later both Lexan lenses are burnt and melted from the heat of the bulbs. Not upgraded bulbs! Factory bulbs.

I just bought 2 new foglamp housings from Acura. I'll submit an order for the clear Rockblocker film from the RBaftermarket.com site.

I'll be sure to let my customers know the difference also. There is no good replacement for GLASS lenses.

Thank You RockBlocker!

Reminder about the fogs. They burn so hot that if you leave the fogs on while parked or at a standstill they will BURN....... Driving is okay cause there is airflow over the fog to keep it cooler.

I think that anything that close to the bulb is gonna burn no matter what. The film is alot more cost effective to replace than the Lexan. Does the film pull off the glass easy?

No way. The foglamp bulb is about 1/2 an inch from the glass. The headlamps are not glass for one. And the bulb is several inches away. The probability of burn from the headlight is very small.

I mean if you change your factory bulbs to use some cheap non proven bulb that looks cool, but who knows if it works well. If you dont change out your bulbs you will be fine. if you do, dont buy something cheap they usually are problems later

6k, 8k, 10k, 12k none of that matters in all reality. What matters is are the bulbs of good brand name or some cheap knock offs?? I dont think you are understanding what I am saying here.

If they are brand name and trusted proven name you should be just fine, if they are some name you cant pronounce or a name you never heard of or even better a no name brand. Then I would think twice about using them in my car.

Either you are the first this happened to or you change the wattage of the bulbs. Either way email us photos to sales@rockblocker.com and we will look at it for you
