Fender rolling service in Western Washington

Hello,

I am performing fender rolling services in all of Western Washington state. You call me, and I come out to your house to perform the duty. How does that sound? No need to go to a garage or asking how am I going to roll my fenders any more now that you can call me any time of the day before 8pm.

(I'll accept text messages any time of the day though.)

-When you call me, I'll need your full name, address, phone number, and what car you need me to peform fender rolling on. I can perform fender rolling on 3, 4, or 5 lug patterns.

-Upon agreement, you will sign an affidavit upon my arrival that once the fender rolling service is done I cannot undo it. You will have to take it to a shop if you want it undone.

-My services will be mainly before 1pm Monday through Friday, and special occasions, and I'm free just about every weekend of the month. I do have Air Force Reserve weekend once a month so if you plan to do it on one of those weekends I'll need to know a few days out.

-My services will cost $35/per fender. With our cars (TL, RL, TSX, CL, etc.) you'll mainly need just the rear fenders rolled since they are the first to get that nice squeel off of your tires. It all depends on your drop and how wide your tires are.

-If you are farther out than 50 miles away from my business I will charge an extra $20 surcharge fee. But nonetheless, this is still cheap in my eyes.

-The cost will be for Acurazine members only. Non-members will pay an $40/per fender.

-Once I get up and rolling, I'll have a rental program for people that live in Eastern Washington and out of state.

Give me a call at (253) 335-5592 and ask for Tom or Jayne'.

hey green, does that just roll the fender lip in, or does that have the ability to pull the fender out some?

It actually does both. But I'm more experienced with fender rolling the lip, not the actual fender itself.

Most applications are done with the lip.

If rolling the fender panel, it would be mainly used to pop out dents.

they can still be rolled, no worries.

Remember, I'll be out of town for 2 weeks starting this Saturday.

Just leave a message on my phone and I'll get back to you when I come back.

Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this question. How can you roll a fender without breaking the paint bond ?

You have to heat up the paint with a heat gun. It puts out plenty of heat so the paint will basically mold with the fender being rolled...

Do you need my services?

How much room do you gain from this? Basically enough to fit 235s without rubbing?

The fenders will lose close to 3/16 of an inch off the lip. Do you plan on running something smaller than 45 series?

235/45/17s will rub on giant bumps if your lowered about 1.5 inches or more. You may want smaller series tires so they won't rub.

rolling fenders what wheel applications does it open us up to?
smaller or larger offset?
wider rims?

so if i have a 03 CL, and roll fenders, would i be able to fit a 19X8 +34 dropped on eibach?

That all depends on how much tire you want. More than likely you'll be on rubber bands and running the risk of the tire popping. The widest rim I'd run is 8". But with that said you want to have the correct offset so you don't have to do any tire stretching. +42 is cutting close, anything between +45 to +50 I'd say your good. I'm not a huge expert on tires so if you want expertise on that I'd recommend searching for it.

It allows you to use a slightly smaller ofset, like 45mm, not much less.

Can u run 19X8 +34mm offset? NEVER.

I'm planning on doing something with my car, so I'd like to roll all four fenders.

May be send it out to us?

Tom, call me when you wake up, if you want.

PA as in Pennsylvania?...If you fly me out...but I don't think that would be cost effective unless you're willing; then yes I would do it.

But these services are for people in Washington state...

Talking

2001 NBP CL Type-S

Rear fenders rolled

Tires: 235/45/18
Wheels: Kazera 18x7.5

Getting started

Right rear lip

Left rear lip

Notice how the lips are pushed up so the tires will clear the fender.

After finishing the lips, his rubbing issue went down tremendously. Of course living in Seattle, it doesn't have the greatest of roads. There was slight rubbing, but not the same issues he had in the past. In the end, the customer was very satisfied.

Thumbs up

We actually flogged the car pretty hard down some two lane twisty turnies (including a couple tight hairpins) w/ some brutal heaving and potholes and only got it to rub a couple times-I'm very pleased

For those who need fender rolling tools shipped to your door step, I'll be renting them out very soon.

Act now and get your fenders rolled before the weather starts to get really hectic.

Also ask me about my new fender tool rental program. I ship out any where in the US!

Tom does great work! I didn't do enough research into off set when buying rims and ended up buying a "package deal" but when i had to replace my tires i had a pretty bad rubbing issue. After he rolled my fenders i almost had no rubbing then i cut my tabs out and it doesn't rub at all! Oh and were talking about a +38 Offset!

+38 offset with pics of rolling his fenders...

Remember, don't be shy to get this done. I don't charge much if you live in Western WA...

If you need the tools, ask me about my rental tool program.
