I dont even know if any of the TL kits for excelerates order are ready to go. I asked just for the TL kits in general. No one will really give me an honest answer!

Well I spoke to Comptech today. They tell me that they had a batch of superchargers come in today and that I might get 1-2 kits for the 04+ TL, which means Brett you will get one and also another member if I get two. They also assured me the TSX charger will go out this week too. So that is where we stand. To try and keep ahead of my orders I have ordered extra chargers to keep in stock.

What day should the TSX supercharger be shipping? Do you know if the TSX supercharger kit will include the Denso IK24 spark plugs? Thanks.

The plugs came with my kit, so I think it should with the TSX. Hey I heard Ryan97812 is putting your kit in, wait till you see that dude at work, he is no joke. He does an awesome job.

againstallodds....do you know how fast your car goes 0-60?? And is the SC worth getting on an automatic? I have the same car (minus the mods u have) and am wondering if the SC is worth it.

According to my G-Timer 0-60 in 5.19 seconds. I think it is worth it, I am pushing about 350 hp at the flywheel and 294whp and 249 ft lbs of trq. That is almost 100 more whp than a stock 5AT TL. The difference in trq is unbelievable. I think it is worth it if you like to go fast.

I spoke to Comptech again today. They told me one of their guys is personally going to see the company who makes the pulleys, which is what we're waiting for, today. So I'll have some better dates tomorrow. Rest assured, if I get one it is yours. You were the first.

Josh this is Dominic I spoke with you this past wednesday on the phone. You mentioned you should be receiving some short shifters this week. If you do I'll be down this upcoming saturday to pick one up along with a UR pulley and have you order an AEM intake for me. I'll give you a buzz early this week for more info, thanks.

Angry

I am extremely disappointed in Comptech for the wait on the charger. Its been about 10 weeks that I have been waiting now. I understand when you have to have things outsourced and have to wait for parts. I know it does not take 5 weeks to make 17 pullies( 17 is the amount of chargers on back order). Once again I will reiderate that this is not Excelerates fault but comptechs. I think they have been slacking on fullfilling the orders of these chargers. It looks to me that they put these orders on the back burner and prioritized somthing else and just recently got moving on it. I can understand waiting a month for a part like this but 10 f_cking weeks. Not only have they not delivered but they havent even given excelerate any legit info as to when he is getting the chargers. Thats what really gets me pissed. I have to say that excelerate has been great in trying to help with the situation but there is nothing he can do.

My Comptech shipment should be here either Wed or Thursday. The AEM CAI will be in stock by the same time too and the pulley is good in stock.

Well Brett, you got some good news today. Comptech told me they would have his charger out this week and I should have another next week hopefully too. Also, Brett, it hasn't been 10 weeks yet; you paid on 4/26/06. So its been about 7-8 weeks. It has been a while though, but I believe Comptech is finally catching up. Thanks for your patience guys!! And I will work on expediting shipment on all your chargers as quickly as I receive them.

Wow! Those are some impressive numbers. How do you think your tranny will hold up under all the added ponies? Also - You have an 05' TL - I guess your warranty is over, huh? Who did all of your installs? I'm in S. Jersey too.

Sorry, I was a little off. but any ways thanks man, you have been great putting up with my annoying ass for 8 weeks. pretty tough to do if you ask me! well I guess you dont really have to worry about me bothering me to much cause the delivery of the sway bar and the SS is not that time pressing to me. any way thanks man,

Brett, no problem. I appreciate your patience. Also don't worry about those other pieces. My second stocking shipment is coming in tomorrow or Thursday and it has those pieces in it. I already saved you a SS from the last shipment but my RSB's are finally coming. I have 15 coming just to be safe.

Oh no - Comptech had to have all of the chargers called back from UPS due to a defect in the pulleys. The company that makes the pulleys has to re-tool now and it may need until christmas to get the problem corrected!
