Yes you use a wet application for the install, but the glue is not activated with water.

this is for the taillight and the front and rear side marker kit correct if im readin it right... how much shiped to 08721.. how easy is it to install??? im not good with this kinda stuff im afraid i might have bubbles

The installation is not that hard, read our how-to section on the site and see what you think. If you dont have the patience then maybe taking it to a shop would be the best bet for you. Bubbles can be popped or will evaporate out if small enough.
