When I bought my car in Jan 2007 from Acura of Tempe (Arizona) they told me that they would replace my windshield wipers free of charge any time I brought my car in for service. They actually made good on that promise for the first two years (once without me even asking for new blades!), but now the service manager (Bob) says they've "never done that" and can't understand why anyone would have told me that or why it was done for me!! My service records shows the free wiper blades so he can't say it never happened... I seriously doubt that I was the only person who bought a car there that got free wiper blades for two years.

So I'm wondering if anyone else who bought a car there was promised this and if so, do you have that in writing?
