24 here last week and my pipes froze. No burst, just froze solid and I couldn't take a shower or brush my tooth. They thawed out by 10 or so, though. Thought I had a multi-thousand dollar repair on my hands...

 

It just got over freezing here today for the first time in a month.
Hope the apocalypse is over before I get there

Whats up guys, I didnt realize this corner of azine was so dead, there isnt much going on in the southwest forum lol. Im down here in Yuma. Ive talked to a few of you guys before, tried to set up a south mountain hangout a few years ago that flaked. But anyhow, just thought I'd say whats up. I have a CL-S6 and an S2k now (had a TSX before)

 

Here in north phoenix. Just ppicked up a NBP TL lst night. stock as a rock and will mostly stay that way with the exception of wheels and some minor aesthetics.

 

Welcome! As to that whole "keeping it stock" thing...good luck with that; I said that once too [sigh].

 

We did have the South Mountain meet. It was pretty fun. Other than that one meet, it seemed it was just Wilson and myself that would show up lol, but we still had fun.

What about arranging to meet up at one of those weekly car "shows"? I know of two out in the East Valley - one at the McD's parking lot at the 101 and Indian Bend, and one out at Superstition Springs.

 

I'd be down to meet at the pavillions.

I also do automotive photography so I'd gladly take some group shots at an event or if we wanted to find some cool scenery.

 

Holy crap...indian bend and superstitions is far...lol

 

Now we're talking...let's see if we can get some momentum here.

 

C'mon now! I was just out in Peoria this morning for some meetings. It's not THAT bad with the freeways (depending on the time of day, of course).

 

the pavillions is pretty centralized for most in the Valley. the only problem is getting enough parking as a group.

hell, i'm even down for a good happy hour some where. Buffalo Wild Wings anyone?

Hey buddy! Glad to see you're still around, too. It seems like ages ago we met up, doesn't it? Remember we found out later that Brad actually drove out there but went to the wrong meeting spot lol? Here's a few oldies but goodies from that meet. My car looks completely different now. How about yours?

 

Lol, too bad we dont have his number. I have his number now, but not sure if it's the same number. Got any pics of your current set up? My car still look the same, and probably not gonna do anything else to it. The car is way too old to invest anything into it, 150k miles. I'm having powersteering and engine oil leaks, and kinda not willing to spend over 1200 dollars to get it fix.
