Hey Arizona member of Acurazine , I wanted to plan a car meet where we all can come out and finally meet each others. I was thinking we can do a cruise and then grab some food after together or do something along those lines. I don't know if Arizona chapter of Acurazine is big or not depending who wants to meet up please post on thread so we can find a area where we can have this meet. Also feel free to invite friends or family to join the meet as well. I was planning to invite the Arizona Lancer Foundation to this meet along with some other friends with some nice clean car, so if you have a friend has a different car than Acura, he welcome to come to the meet aswell. I think its time for Arizona family of Acurazine have a offical car meet where all member can see each other rides . With that being said, we all need to come together and plan one. I set a date on May 11th or 12th but depending on everyone schedule we can change the date but only if it for the majority of everyone who plan to attend the meet agree to it. Please post on the thread if you have any idea or recommendation where you would like to have our meet so we can get this show on the road .





*BTW I'll be checking this thread everyday and try to keep this thread alive so everyone should subcribe to this who serious to have this meet.

How's its going everyone! I'm the photographer for AZ Lancer so a meet with Acurazine and them would be awesome. Also, anyone how has a nice ride is welcome to come. Lets meet up at a park or something where its convenient for everyone.

Awesome so we got 8 people down so far plus the AZ lancer guys and I'll see if some other car crew and friends wanna join aswell . So is everyone okay for May 11th which is a Saturday if so that would be great. Now we just need to set a time and place where its convenient for all of us to meet up at. I'm located on the west side around Peoria/Glendale. Also what do we all wanna do when we have our meet?


Option A: We can have a BBQ at a park and hang out. (if so we all need to pitch in and see who bring what)


Option B: We can all meet up go for a cruise then go somewhere to eat after and hang out.



If you have any other suggestions or ideas please feel free to share ?




**We have 25 days to set this up and I want to plan ahead so this will be our offical 1st Acurazine meet.**

Saturday the 11th is perfect for me, I work all day every Sundays which is why I haven't been able to make it to any meets we've had in AZ..

JDM knight and i are trying to figure out where exactly to take this meet, we can do a local bbq or a larger meet as said above but we need enough support. The southwest regional forums literally are dead so if you guys are apart of other acura forums say then please help us out here and get the word out to all your friends who have acuras and especially TL's... because they are the best. So if you have any ideas at all on how to do this meet or how to get word out or anything then please just post on here, me and jdm check on this forum everyday so we can answer any questions or bounce ideas.

I think Decayin, Ultimatum127 and I should meet up since we all on the west side and try to plan something out if you guys down to meet up. I was thinking if we do a small meet for our 1st group meet since its more cooler for everyone in Acurazine meet all the members instead it being a car show meet. But If you guys wanna do it big meet it might not just be a Acurazine meet no more and I can see if I can get Az Lancer, Below Average, JDMfresh, Lowballer & Stoopidlow guys to come out. So I dunno what you guys wanna do because we can also just all meet up at the Scottdale Pallivion Saturday night that they have every Saturday. We can chill and get food after the meet over if yall down to that aswell.

That sounds perfect actual but like you said we have to wait on the feedback we get from this. On that note i searched around on the other forums and the lack of participation on those sites is ridiculous. There are practically no regional forums and even in the 3g forums or the forum in general there are no people viewing, which means we need to just get the guys active on here, and thats really our only option. So again, if you got acura friends then go ahead and get in touch with them, or maybe if you see a random acura on the road just flag em down and tell them about the meet. I know this isnt the most efficient way but we got to get down and dirty to get this meet going.

Well damn... If you guys are going to the Pavilions, that's less then 2 miles from my house lol.

Unfortunately I am flying back in on Sunday. I will be out of state that whole week.

Its all good though, I will catch the next meet.

To make up for my absence I will make sure people know. I will put a huge banner on my car

I was thinking maybe we should meet up like around 4ish or 5ish (where? i dunno yet) and chill, then we all can cruise to Scottsdale Pavilions car show together at 6ish or 7ish and hang out there for bit. After we all roll out together to go eat somewhere after the show around 8ish or 9ish. Give or take everyone should be home by 11ish depending on what you guys wanna do after but that my idea and we can build around it or unless you guys wanna do something else .

I will be out for that late. I have to work at 2pm. You guys can use my restaurants parking lot as a meeting place to roll to the pavilions if you all want. Its on 83rd ave across from the Sports Complex

That sounds like a good idea, that way you still can meet us since you can't roll out with us to Pavilion. What your restaurant name and address, are you located around 83rd ave Bell by the Peoria Sport Complex? Depending if everyone down to meet up on the west side I'm cool with that and then we can all roll out to Scottsdale Pavilion which is about a 30-35min cruise to the car meet coming from the 101 bell rd .

Okay so your from the east side would it be better for you just to meet at the car show or does every1 want to meet up half way at a point so we all can cruise together?



Also I got bad new, I have some family obligation to attend on May 11th that I though it was only on May 10th buts its a 2 day event thing. So I might not be able to pre meet up and do the cruise til after 7-8pm but I can just meet you guys at Pavillion car meet just save me a parking spot if you guys love me lol jk . But ya I'll be there in the night time at the car meet for sure to meet everyone and I'll see if I might be able to leave early for cruise from my family event.

haha you would johnny! Well if we can decide a mid point i think that would be perfect for getting some grub before our cruise in . Anybody got any ideas? I am happy to use the restaurant that Toddy is so generously allowing us to meet at, if there arent any objections then i can say that this would be a safe place to meet. I am also currently rallying the troops of some of my car buddies, not all acura owners but good guys who are interested in all types of cars. If we can just agree on a place to meet we can get the schedule for the night up and then it will just be waiting for the day. So lets get some feedback guys!

Yea you guys we need some feedback where everyone from so we get a area set up because if we have more than 25 cars we might need to ask for permit from the owner location for a parking lot. Also that mean we all have to cruise to Pavillion car meet early like 4-5pm to get spots cuz it will be pack at night time for sure. I've been going every week almost and its pack even for me to find a one parking spot. So I'm going to set a due date for time and location by April 30th, if no one agree for location and time then the world ends lol jk but we take up Toddy offer to use his restaurant parking lot for the pre meet and possibly eat there as well. I would recommend that you guys meet up early and eat together then cruise out to the other meet after. This way people can leave early if they have to and not stay late at the Pavillion car meet. So I think meeting up at 1-2pm (I know possibility might be really hot during that time) that way your guys have time to go eat and then cruise to the other car meet and get parking next to each others that my opinion. I won't make it for sure after 6pm but that my idea don't really matter just a though.


Yes people we need more feedback please and since we are inviting other cars to the pre meet is going to be pack but we all gonna look so hard rolling through another car meet lol .

Come on by whenever. I'm there from 2-close except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. No bumps or dips and plenty of parking. Best spot will be on the Northwest corner of the building.
