With this many people, how do we plan on organizing and feeding?

Will a certain group of people buy and bring the necessary stuff? Then everyone else will pay/chip in a certain amount per person?

Or will everyone sign up for different stuff to bring?

Rob, the last time we had done this, people would put down what items they'll be bringing. Regarding meat products, those who had consumed what will pay the person that had brought it since that's a little more expensive than say ice, chips, etc. But with this many people attending, I'm not sure how will divvy up the items.

It did work inthe past with people bringing certain items as suggested earlier. I say we see how the list looks a couple of weeks from now and then start deciding on that.
It may work out better to bring your own items on the off chance that people do not show up, and we were counting on them to bring certain items for the cookout. However, I do not want to be in the park with 20 guys all holding hot dogs. (I am just saying)
