Just made an appt for Recall Repair (Airbag) on the '02 and Warranty Repair (Upper Transmission Mount) on the '07 for next Tues & Weds respectively.

Was not given the option to request a loaner, but there was an option for an Enterprise Rental.

Has Hendrick stopped offering loaners? Anybody know?

Interesting. I got a 4G the last time I was there, but it was about two years ago or so. Did you call or schedule via the website? Maybe that's the difference.

I used the website. Last time (also a couple years ago), I used the webiste and "request a loaner" was an option.

Maybe I should call though. If it's just a couple hours, I don't mind just waiting, but if going to be half a day or more, a loaner would be nice.

When I had my 105k maintenance done back in July they gave me a '11 MDX for a loaner. I called for my appointment and requested a loaner.

Do they stick a big ass ugly "courtesy vehicle" sticker on it like Mercedes does? Bearcat, did I spot you at 51 and Carmel a couple days ago?

I didn't get a loaner, btw. It was a pretty short wait. They did have them available. Choosing a loaner just isn't on the web appointment tool anymore.
