Why do i always find these threads at the last minute? I am going to try to make arrangement for the kids so i can come. Anyone wanna PM me a phone # so i can call beforehand and make sure its still on and find on what i can bring? Do we have a list of what people are bringing for food? Im a big griller/smoker guy so if i can do, which ill know it the next 2 or 3 days, id be happy to bring some pulled pork or something. We have a general idea on how many people are coming?

That sounds awesome, Jared! We'll definitely need someone to man the grill if I happen to be late due to a soccer match that day. I was thinking about canceling or postponing the event due to the lackluster turn out we have. We used to have 10+ people sign up for it already last year, but not so this year. Here's the list of people who said they are coming.

Who all is more on the North side of Atlanta? Im in Buford myself. If we have a couple people we could start doing some "mini meets" somewhere about 285. Lots of things around Mall of Georgia though that may be far for some. Im always willing to grill/smoke some Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Ribs, etc....

August will have to be a likely make-up date. The weather should be more tolerable by then.
As for a mini-meet around the Mall of GA, I can't make it out during the week. If it was a weekend, I can attend.

Yea, weekends would probably be best for mini-meets. That doesnt mean once we get going a few folks cant get together during the week though!

The only weekend I couldn't have made it out to Stone Mountain was the 19th, so I am glad that it didn't go down that weekend because I had a lot of fun at last years event.
Considering I live 2 miles from the entrance to Stone Mountain Park, I am down for any of the upcoming weekends this summer.
Are there any weekly meet-ups in the ATL going on anymore?
